1. Subscription Services
Our AI Robot Trading, Copy Trading, and Signal Provider services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring payment terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid period.
3. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access to proprietary information, strategies, and software, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has commenced. All sales are considered final.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Service Non-delivery: If you paid for a subscription but did not receive access to the service due to a technical failure on our part.
- Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical billing error.
To request a refund under these exceptions, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction in question. All requests must be accompanied by relevant documentation or proof.
5. No Refunds for Market Performance
Trading in financial markets involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not offer refunds based on the performance of our trading signals, AI robot, or copy trading services. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept the financial risks involved.
